So I'm 19, a young student still in his sophomore year of college. I've worked with the real estate investing my whole life and am at least a bit competent in this subject and I am a very hard worker. The question that I have is: where should I start out when I have initial start up capital of $10k and am looking for the absolute basics that I can start getting into this industry to gain some revenue to eventually build a bigger portfolio.
