first time wholesaling
I am fresh into this wholesaling business, and I'm not quite sure where to really begin. My question is , what exactly is the first step for wholesaling a house? I've seen a lot of websites that say many different things. I am very confused about if i need to find a lender or if I need to market first. I also want to know if this is possible without Fortune Builders!
