I have been trying to use listsource.com to create list of sellers to campaign to, however every time I put in all the details I get 0 or maybe 20. Is it me or is Mississippi a real estate state. I want to wholesale but I never hear anyone on here they in Mississippi. Cam someone offer advice about wholesaling in Mississippi?

I've seen an example where one parameter in a listsource search would incorrectly eliminate most all of the potential results. Specifically, in an area of New Jersey where most of the homes were 500k+ all of the results were listed as having a home value of 0-50k.

See if you aren't getting some reasonable looking number of results when your only parameter is the zip code you want to target. If so, next add your additional parameters one at a time and try to figure out which one is responsible for eliminating most of the results.
