Attorney not familiar with term wholesale
I recently called my local attorney and wasn't to familiar with the term wholesaling, he said he's been in RE for years. Should i find another attorney?

"Wholesaling" is in no way any sort of official term. Don't expect most people to have any clue what you're talking about when you use that term. Explain what sort of transactions you're trying to do rather than expecting them to understand your buzzwords. Using a buzzword like wholesaling, and many others that we commonly bandy about here, is a sure way to create misunderstandings.
