How to Introduce yourself to new Tenants?
Hey BP,
I will be acquiring a triplex on Friday and wonder how I should introduce myself. I plan on knocking on the doors and meeting them face to face, however, I would like to hand them a letter stating my contact information (especially where to send the checks) and some other information. Do you have any verbiage or letters that you would recommend?
