If you could go back..

As a 19 year old currently enrolled into a community college, my desire to beginning a career in real estate has gradually increased and has even led me to this community. I have looked over possible course to enroll in to begin the steps towards obtaining a license. Aside from any basic beginners advice that you could offer, I would like to know what an experienced agent like yourself would do or not do differently when you first began your real estate endeavors. I am currently living in Gettysburg, Pa and plan on majoring in either business administration or management. Any replies would be greatly appreciated.
