Hey, I am only a 17-year-old and I'm learning as much as I can. On my last forum, I asked what should I do to get my feet wet. I got feedback to latch onto someone else, a mentor. I have tried talking to my local real estate investors and even signed up to my local REIA club. However, it's not going to well. Are there any other suggestions as to how to get my feet wet besides for educating myself?
