Hello All, 

I wanted to drop a quick hello and say I am happy to be a part of BP. I am Monique and I am a new investor in Fresno, CA. 

I am looking to complete my first deal in the next 30-45 Days and I would appreciate any advice, or guidance anyone could provide.

At the moment I am in search of a investor friendly tittle companies that is familiar with wholesaling, double and sanctimonious closing in Fresno, Can someone point me in the right direction.
