Locating the owner

I am beginning my journey of attempting to wholesale property.  I did my first drive dollars.  I have a list of about 20 homes.  However I am now stuck with trying to locate the owners of these properties.  I used NETRonline.com  but Wyandotte county does not list owner names or addresses.  Can someone PLEASE assist me with how to use public records in order to obtain this information????  Or a recommendation for a cheap service that I can use??? I tried using Inteligator but that was not successful either.  Thanks in advance for ANY helpful assistance.
