Hello, I've recently moved into a nice neighborhood & seen a FSBO sign. I took couple minutes to do quick view of property & seen some decent views inside. The neighborhood is a quiet one, not a lot of traffic & good area for access to highways. Sits on nice size lot with 2 car garage & has fireplace. However, looking through windows, I did notice owner tore out all carpet exposing some foundation issues. I decided to call to get their price. He was asking $115K with 10% down & 6 % interest for 15 Yr note. After he told me the primary info I needed, I proceeded to ask bout the foundation & if there was other cosmetics he was planning to do to house. Yes, but he offered to sell house AS IS @ $100K with same 10% down & 6% interest on 15yr note. I'm interested in starting out doing fix & flips but not sure what next step should be for me? I've done no research on this property to see comps in area.
