I am new to this site, but not to real estate investing. Times have changed since I was involved in RE Investing. I am trying my hand at commercial properties to bird dog. I have relationships with some realtors who have pocket listings. if I am in the wrong place to mention this deal, please steer me in the right direction. Thanks.
