Use hard lender for first flip
I am new to investing, but I have been thinking that I would really like to get into flipping and rehabing properties. I want to use a hard lender to fund the flip and rehab. I have a exit strategy in case it doesn't work out, but not quite sure if this is possible. So in case I can't sell in the timed projection can I just get a conventional loan to keep property as a rental?
