Hey I'm looking to get my first buy and hold property by next year, I'm trying to put some money away to add with my taxes. I'm looking to use a FHA loan for a multi family house I'm from the bronx, ny and most of the homes are in the 300,000 to 450,000 range. My question to y'all is do you think that's a little to pricey start of with and should I look at fixer uppers, also should go a little feather from my area.. Thanks
