Real Estate Appraiser License
Hello,
I'm a so called a "newbie" real estate investor who wants to start entrepreneurship. I've been listening to podcasts and reading books about real estate investing that the most common mistakes investors make is improper analysis of properties.
So, one question popped up in my mind that why shouldn't I become a real estate appraiser to analyze deals more accurately right from the beginning.
Would this be a good idea to pursue?
