Tips to find quality property management.

Hey all.

I am a very green newbie about to make a move to acquire my first property in MA.  I know it is good practice the manage your rentals yourself for experience but due to the nature of my job this is not possible.

I cannot seem to find many "well known" property management companies in MA and was curious if I am looking the wrong way(google)!

Property info - Commercial multi residential, merrimack valley area.

Thanks for any help!

-Sean

@Sean T.Look at the IREM web site and look for CCIM certified managers, talk to other real estate owners in your area that use property managers and when you interview them always get references and talk to them.
