Newbie in the San Fernado Area of Los Angeles

Hello BP,

I am a new investor in the Los Angeles area and looking to build new relationships with other investors in my area. I started investing in real estate about 3 month ago and cant believe how much i have been able to learn from the BP community. I am currently interested in partnering with other investors that are that focus on flipping and rehabbing properties. My goal is by the end of next year to have 15-20 properties that have been flipped or in the process. I am extremely excited and motivated and looking for the opportunity to work with other in the BP community.  I am more than happy to grab coffee with others in my area and talk shop
