Hello BP,

Im newly licensed and I'm offering my services to any agent/broker who needs assistance with their work or properties. I have experience with;

  1. Showing rental properties, screening tenants, calling references, collecting rents, and ordering repairs.
  2. I also have clerical experience, answering phones, scanning entire transactions, update listings on zillow and Trulia, and helping with transaction coordinations.
  3. I can also help market/farm and am willing to learn door knocking.

All I'm asking for is an hourly wage that can support a small family.

Please reply or PM

Thanks
