hey guys. Newbee question here. In Maryland,do I need a real estate license to perform sandwich lease options/lease options/subject to?

What's wrong with finding people who want to "rent to buy" first?  Then find a property owner that is willing to finance via a lease to you that you can sub lease to the rent to buy person.?
