I find myself wondering how to approach real estate investors in all of their varieties. I don't want to just walk up to them and just say "tell me everything you know" like I'm looking for a hand out, but I don't know how much I can offer them either at this point. Some people have been helpful with some great ideas, but it is still a struggle. @Dan DeMott Told me yesterday that I should have either time (working 70 hours), money (I won't even go there), or experience (started 3 weeks ago) to offer, but  I don't have any of those things right now. Woe is me! lol
