first deal jitters/questions/help
I just got off the phone with a sweet lady that wants to sell her condo. I didn't give her a price over the phone as she lives out of the country but is in town for a month or so. Short story even shorter is the condo is a rental that is occupied. I'm wanting to wholetaile it/wholesale it depending on the terms but I've never thought about what happens to the renter in all my research/knowledge search. So the question is do I have to worry about the renter if I am going to put it under contract and stick it on the MLS? My assumption is that if i sell it fast enough to double close the same day I shouldn't have to worry about the renter. Thanks for any replies and I love this real estate game so far!
