What are the essential bare minimum team members a beginning investor needs to start out? I would like to get started in real estate, but due to my young age (19), I feel it would be wise for me to establish a team before I get started. Who are my essentials?

currently, I'm trying to find a multifamily (preferably a duplex) so that I can hack my housing, live for free, and have a springboard into land lording.
