I highly suggest reading this post.

If you have already read the "Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate" then you may have already read the post since the link is in the book. I like this post because it gives a pretty good answer to a very broad question, "How do I get started in real estate?"

It takes about 2 minutes to read and I know I will have the link saved for whenever I may want to come back to it while getting stated.

ps. I am just about finished reading the ultimate beginners guide and I think next I will read the Rich dad Poor dad book. I have heard many good things about it. Also I have a buddy who said he'll lend it to me. Free is best!
