If you have already read the "Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate" then you may have already read the post since the link is in the book. I like this post because it gives a pretty good answer to a very broad question, "How do I get started in real estate?"
It takes about 2 minutes to read and I know I will have the link saved for whenever I may want to come back to it while getting stated.
ps. I am just about finished reading the ultimate beginners guide and I think next I will read the Rich dad Poor dad book. I have heard many good things about it. Also I have a buddy who said he'll lend it to me. Free is best!
