Investor looking for wholesalers to provide us some great deals. Our corporation is approved with a major bank to finance and improve properties (not hard money). My bank will finance up to 80% ARV, so I am open and looking for deals (we can cover cash over 80%ARV if needed). Prefer the West side of Houston (Alief, Ft Bend, Katy, Cypress, anything Westside of Houston in general starting from Galleria), still open to other areas if we feel comfortable. Looking for properties between 50-225K price range. We can close quick less than 30days, have a concrete approval ready, or if price is good minimal repairs we can just pay cash. Please reply if you are a wholesaler or can help me locate off market MLS listings. I don't want a bidding war, thanks!
