Wanting to start wholesaling(wholeselling?) in New Braunfels, TX

I want to get started in real estate investing and wholesaling seems like a good start in my situation. I've watched a bunch of videos on the subject and I'm pretty confident I under stand the process.  However I'm looking for a Title company to work with and I hoping to network with investors in the area.  I want to find out what the Investors are looking for around here.
