pre approved for max VA loan 417k, had some questions.

Hey everybody I'm in a situation looking to get help from someone experienced. I got pre approved for a max VA 417k no money down. I am looking more too getting 60-100k for a business investment that will allow me to make sufficient income to be able to invest in real estate with new earned savings not my last few dollars. I have looked into personal loans and SBA loans I am just wondering what would be a solution for my dilemma.
