New to investing in phoenix/surprise AZ area
I am a starting investor in the phoenix area and cant wait on finding my first deal!! of course i need some tips n tricks on how it works and am looking to interview/meet up with people that have experience in the phx and surrounding areas. I have my personal home and am planning on taking a HELOC on it...what are your thoughts on this?
Im leaning more into the wholesaling side of it because the more i read and learn about it the more i vbecome fasinated with it. Also the BUY N HOLD intrests me for the long term investment but for now wholesaling would be awesome..
I was like 2 seconds away from signing up for a mentoring program that was going to run me 3k+ but then i stumbled across BP and fell in love!!!
thanks for your time in advance
