Starting out - first deal

Ready to head out the door and look for my first deal.

How does one go about doing that? Seek out people already listed with a realtor? Call the FSBO sellers?

Have gone to seminars and workshops and nobody has really touched on the subject.  It's almost like you should "know" these things.

Any advise is appreciated.  Thanks.

What kind of deals are you looking for? Fix and flip, buy and hold, wholesale?  Determine what you want to focus on and search that subject throughout this site.  You will need to determine your focus area and start looking at properties to understand what is on the market.
