Hello BiggerPockets community! I have a sudden interest in real estate investing and have been educating myself daily for the past two weeks, and think I have found my new passion! I have been a member here for a few days and this site is amazing! Currently, my goal is to gain as much knowledge as possible to find my niche. I think I'm leaning towards flipping single-family homes, but I also like the idea of gaining rental income from multi-family homes. Eventually, I would like to do it all!. For right now though, I'd love to meet and connect with other investors, realtors, and anyone else in the Prince George's County, MD area that I can learn from. I have a thirst for knowledge and willing to do whatever it takes to start investing in real estate!
