Finding owners

So I am finding some houses I am interested in taking a further look at. The problem I have been encountering is finding the owner of the property.  Few of the websites I have came across to track the owner down you have to pay for. So I just want to make sure before I pay for a program is there another way. I am wholesaling properties?

Connect with a good Title Company so you run free title profiles that will have the property owner information, as well as property tax information and lien information.  The title profile is essential in determining if a deal is worth doing or not.

God Bless You!
