That I am a Cash Buyer and can have their house bought within a few days. But the contract they sign is different explaining to them withing 45days I can cancel the deal depending on the property.

So I got my post cards printed up to send out to some houses I am interested on trying to get under contract. Someone told me that I should have put a disclaimer on the post card. Is this true?

So I am finding some houses I am interested in taking a further look at. The problem I have been encountering is finding the owner of the property.  Few of the websites I have came across to track the owner down you have to pay for. So I just want to make sure before I pay for a program is there another way. I am wholesaling properties?

My name is Marvin and I am an investor here in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. What I do is find properties well below market value and sell them to other investors who will either rent them out or sell them for a nice profit.
