Hello,

I was hoping to connect with someone who is familiar with Barrie, Ontario (CDN) in regards to great neighbourhoods, not so great neighbourhoods and please don't leave your car there overnight kind of neighbourhoods.

I'm scouting the area for a potential live-in rental property (duplex) and would like to know where's a good place to start looking.
