How to get started in Real Estate with very little funds in New Jersey?

Hey everyone, have been reading tons of material on Real Estate investing. But just not sure how to get things rolling with limited to no money at first. Are foreclosures a place to start? Also should I start an LLC to get started and protect my personal assets? Any helpfully comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
