Hello, I am a Firefighter in South Florida and am trying to learn and get involved in REI. I have read about how wholesaling is a good place to start for reasons that make sense to me (limited capitol, quick cash, etc). However I have really no idea where or how to start this endeavor. Ive done some limited research of REI in the south florida area and it seems this is a tapped out market. Too many big fish! I would love any advice or info to get started. Thanks and Good Luck to all!

@Justin Tippens Welcome to BP!

Start here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/real-estate-investing

and here: http://www.biggerpockets.com/renewsblog/2010/06/10...

Then listen to the podcasts.  There is a great amount of information in them.  Then read posts about wholesaling.  You've come to the right place to learn.

Good Luck!
