Hey guys , After a long trip I'm now in Cleveland . Looking to see how far 16K cash will get me . I see a few properties so far sum where just shells gutted out all the way some where in the hood . I found one property with tenants in it I spoke with them they seemed really nice and after looking at the property I feel it will need maybe 5k worth of rehab tops . Now here's the catch the unit that needs work is the vacant one . I think I can use cash flow to pay off the rehab and have a nice income property . Rent for both units (2) 1k and I'm buying it free and clear I'm excited . After months of working a job I hate and saving everydollar I get I feel Like this is the house for me . I have no fear I got a guy feeling this will become a great property .
