I see questions on here almost every day that could be (should be) answered by a good, competent Realtor.  And some of you are already working with a Realtor.  So ask them, make them earn their pay.  And, if you don't have a Realtor that you are working with, find one.  And don't chose your Realtor because they are your third-cousin's, ex-husband's next door neighbor.  Or because they look good.  Chose one who is actually smart enough and experienced enough to answer your questions.  They are out there.

Realtors can not give legal advice, but neither can we here on BP.  (disclosure, I am also a Realtor in addition to being an Investor).
