Hey what's up guys ,

My name is C (Charles) me and a friend of mine are looking to invest in rental properties in Cleveland . I'm looking for contractors realtors and  GOOD property mangers . My budget right now at the moment is 16K . I'm looking to get a multi family (2 FAM ) in good condition . I'm hoping to meet a few cool people in the process .
