Hello All...I am Jennifer from Houston. At the beginning of this year I became the assistant to a very established realtor who intoduced me to the world of Investor owned properties. One of my many assignments was to market these homes(online, open house etc..) Well recently I enrolled in real estate courses to obtain my licence. I have also stepped down from my position and my main focus is my classes and beginning my real estate investment company. I have researched days upon days on the ins and outs of starting off.I now have established a plan on how to take my 1st step and that will be Wholesale. I am still trying to figure out sooo much and my questions are immense. Im looking for advanced investors that would be willing to take me under their wing and get me comfortably to move on my first closing. I am fully committed to REI and I see this as a wonderful door opening and cant help but think of my mother, who passed away earlier this year, blessing me and my family. Thank you for taking your time to read this. Happy Investing All
