No LLC + Insurance (liability + umbrella)
I decided against an LLC for now, due to several posts on this forum and this article. Mainly because from my understanding you have to be a bit sketchy about it (banks hate it):

Right now I will have $1mil liability insurance on my property. Is it worth it to get umbrella as well? This might be a bit tricky for me because I live with my parents and most providers require the primary residence to be insured through them.
