Hello all, name is David Cruz. Last post was deleted due to promotional parts of it, apologize for that. I'm located in Tampa and looking to meet people in the area an ad outside of the area to learn more about the industry, share what I know, and do business together. I've seen and dealt with a lot of issues in cash REI deals. It can be a hassle, but it's worth it and I love it. Looking forward to connect with you all.
