New investor and can't find a private investor

Hello my name is Cody Jaeger and i am a new real estate investor but I am having a hard time finding a private investor or gap funder.  All I get are false leads and dead ends.  I think this is due to my age being that I am 19.  But I have gone through the Armando Montelongo seminars and have knowledge.  All I am asking for is how I can find and get funds to flip.  Maybe someone here can invest with me or partner up so I can get some experience.  If anyone has any info or tips, I would be thankful beyond words.

Here is my contact - email- [email protected]

cell- 626-506-9082 (I won't answer numbers I don't know due to scams and unwanted calls so leave a message and I will call you back)

Thank you

Cody Jaeger
