Mail box money ( What market should I be in)
I am a young investor. I have learned many great things from this site. My investment plan is all about cash flow not so much speculation and appreciation. I want to earn a semi flow of passive income from my investments.
I am unsure what I should be focused on. I do not want to fix broken toilets and deal with nonsense at 12:am ( Residential seems to be this way). What type of real estate offers high cash flow and hands off ability's? Should I be learning about commercial investing. If so what type? Apartments, storage, retail, office space?
Any feedback would be awesome....
I do wish we had more commercial podcast to learn from.
