Hello BiggerPockets, my name is Nathalie and I have been thinking about getting involve in Real Estate for some times now, but the problem is that I don't have much experience or the money to pay a guru to teach me about Real Estate Investing. I am looking at starting out with wholesale. I am so excited about finding BiggerPockets, I like the helping spirit here. I'm learning a lot already.

Welcome to the site @Nathalie Simon Wholesaling can be tough initially, but stick it out and follow the great advice here and I'm sure you'll do great. I'd say good luck, but it just takes hard work and determination.
