I Need Help!

Hello everyone,

I have learn so much so far and I am interested in wholesaling to start my new career. I want to jump right in and start my marketing campaign but I can't. I need to find out how to get comps and evaluate a house before I could submit an offer to a seller. I don't have access to mls and need to know how to estimate repairs. Could you all please give wise council. Thanks in advance because I am stuck!
