1 SFH under contract. What are some key steps I should pay attention to as I go through this process?

Hey BP community . Finally got my first SFH property under contract. (I'll post number details in another post for analysis). In the due diligence and loan underwriting period now. Wanted to know of some key things I should pay attention too?

It's still all new to me so any and every advice I will definitely welcome. I feel like a deer in the headlights right now!
