How to find investors to work with in RI/MA

I am new to this forum.

I am a young guy ( 21 ) with big interest in real estate. I have read many books and listened to many podcast. Now I want to dive in and get started but I know I real lack experience and funding. However I do have skills that could be valuable such as sales, marketing, communication ect.

I currently work as a relationship manager in a bank. However I want to get into Real estate asap.

I have two ideas on how I am going to do this. The first is getting licensed and working as an agent in order to network and build capital. The second is working as an assistant to an investor that needs help.

My question- Are these plans good ways to get into Real estate and if not what should I be doing?

Also, what is the best way to find investors that might need help with their business? I already posted a craigslist Ad but I haven't had much luck.

Best regards,

C.L
