Got Several Deals Under Contract, now I need funding!

Hello All,

I have several deals under contract and now I need funding! I have been to several seminars and paid for education, read a ton of books, but I don't have money to fund the deals! How can a newbie get started with private money or hard money lenders when they have never done a deal before. What does the newbie do when they don't have money to put "skin in the game" to get funded?
