Excited - first accepted offer on a rental!

Thanks to some feverish reading here at BP over the last month and a half, lots of research, and connecting with mentors we already know and love from when we bought our primary home....tonight we had our first accepted offer on a single-family home that we plan to buy and hold. WOOT!

It's scary taking the risk - but I have to keep reminding myself that WE aren't paying the mortgage, once we get a renter there. (I love a quote I saw here on BP - be nice to your tenants; they're buying you a house!)

So grateful for this community!
