hOW DO YOU CALCULATE A HARD MONEY LOAN USING A CALCULATOR? iN OTHER WORDS CAN SOMEONE GIVE AN EXAMPLE OF A SITUATION THAT THEY NEEDED HARD MONEY AND SHOW US THE MATH. THANKS IN ADVANCE.
