so I went to another neighborhood in the zip code I'm gojng to be marketing to and three of the ugly and vacants were being renovated. I tried to see if the owners were flippers but no one was around. Hopefully they are investors. I am trying to build a buyers list

This is just my opinion... If you are building a wholesale business, I would put all my focus into locating great deals. A buyers list is great! But if you can locate great deals they will sell. And the people that purchase your deals will become your real buyers list.. The difficult part of wholesaling is locating great deals, knowing when you have one and putting the deal together. So I would put 95 percent of my focus there.. Again just my opinion and best of luck!!!
