I found my first farm.
Today I found a very nice neighborhood in a great school district. Housing prices range are in the mid 100's to low 200's. I saw about 13 vacant houses with no realtor signs in the yards. I wrote down all the vacant addresses but i'm not sure if i should try to market to the whole neighborhood. Since i'm just starting out, i do not have a big marketing budget and I am not entirely sure how to get a hold of the homeowners.
